About the event

Our Bodies are constantly in exchange with the Outer World and our Inner World. In our Bodies lies the remembrance of our Past, the knowing of the Future and the Mastery of the Presence. They are channels, conductors for energy. In challenging times our Bodies might become tense, close off, freeze or become restless and overactive. In that state healthy exchange between in and out, up and down, yin and yang, heaven and earth, past, presence, future can be disrupted. There are many ways of re-balancing the energy in our Body, In my sessions we will use - Energy and Body Work - Meridian Stretching - Point tapping - Shaking - Breath - Sound - Meditation - gently Chi gong exercises
