The Land & Plant Spirit Journey is a sacred ceremony in circle with others, a mini-quest,

a deeper connection / communion from our Soul with the Living essence of a specific place on the Land or a speficic Plant, Stone or River. 

A humble opening out of our human conditioning into the vast wisdom of these Land & Plant Energies to teach us and show us how to be on the Earth, how to honour the Land within us and around us.

 

With sounds and breath and “Nature Body Movement Meditation” inspired by Qi Gong, we are invited to arrive in the Space, into our Body and Heart within a Circle of fellow Human Beings and connect within, with our inner yearning or searching or intention for this ceremony.

This is the Physical Landing, Preparation and Opening Phase.

 

In the middle phase we will step by step reach out to this Place or Being in Nature, or this specific Plant, we have come to connect with. We follow a slow step by step approach which allows sensitising, becoming still within, deepening and opening slowly to the different layers that this Being may unravel for this time.

Once we feel a connection, immersed by the energy, aroma`s, textures, shapes, colour, form, taste, … we surrender on a Sound Journey and open for the Land or Plant as guide to show us teachings, images, feelings, experiences, … that are most meaningful for each of us in this given moment. 

 

In the last phase we will focus on integration of the Journey. There will be time to be, to be just the way you want to be, whether that is in silence and mediation, whether you want to write, draw, move, make sound. Each of us follows their own inner flow to express and integrate the Journey however that may be.

There will be an opportunity to share for those that like to shape in words something significant about their experience.
