"Lies-Renée has been giving 5 element health coach sessions since 2016 after studying the Oriental 5 elements, yin-yang, 1-1 health coaching, holistic nutrition and shiatsu with the international macrobiotic school in Devon.
In 2018 she started her herbal training. For this, she is receiving regular clinical supervision and soon finishing her Final Project with the Plant Medicine School over the coming weeks."
In the initial consultation we create a picture of your constitution and condition.
We get a clear focus about the physical, mental or emotional challenges you would like to work with.
We will talk in depth about the issues that you would like to address.
In order to get a good understanding, I will go through your present health condition, your health history, your lifestyle and diet, checking in what is going on for you on an emotional and mental level.
Some examinations may be taken, such as blood pressure, pulse, tongue diagnosis, ... .
Also blood tests and other investigations will be looked at for more precise information and clues about what is going on.
I may also use oriental diagnosis of the body-face-hands-abdomen-back-meridians and acupressure points to help locating underlying patterns.
We create a personal treatment plan to address the condition and create a path towards more balance and fulfilment. Depending on your needs and situation, this personal treatment plan will include recommendations about diet, lifestyle, exercise, bodywork or emotional work.
Also supplements and herbal remedies may be prescribed such as tinctures, powders, teas or capsules.
This personal treatment plan is send to you in a document per email.
We will book in a second consultation, usually after 2-4 weeks, to check in with your progress, to review and adapt the recommendations and prescription if necessary.
After that, Follow ups are planned in consecutively during certain intervals, depending on the condition.
