"Body Nature Movement Meditation"

With every changing season,

we move into another transformation,  

according to the Oriental Medicine 5 Elements.

Each element is connected with certain rhythms and cycles in the natural world, to specific organs - emotions - behavior - foods - meridians and pressure points.

 

Using Body tapping - Meridian stretches - acupressure - gentle chi gong - meditation - visualisation and sound, we invite our Bodies to align with these natural rhythms within and around us.
